Very very slow leak

I replaced the RFTs with Goodyear F1 All Seasons 3 weeks ago. 2 days ago one tire developed a 1-2 psi drop every 12 hours. There are no visible nails or screws in it and I don't hear any air leaks. Any ideas on what to do next?

Thanks

I had a similar leak problem, but with my RFT (1-2psi every 12 hours) . I finally took the car to a tire shop. They did find a nail (which I could not find). It was also repaired at no charge.

Could be coming from the valve stem.

use a spray bottle filled with a mix of water and dish detergent. Spray it on the valve stem and around the bead. The leak will blow bubbles.

Yea, esp if it isn't an obvious nail in the tire, this is a big possibility of it being this.

Since people usually have valve stem caps, it isn't always obvious that it is leaking from there.

I will. Are you guys saying the valve stem got damaged?

The car is only 5 weeks old. The tire change was 3 weeks ago.

I pumped the PSI up to 40 and it has not dropped in 24 hours

I read somewhere that if you pump it more it will make the bead seal better.

I have had similar issues in the past that could only be found when the tire was off the rim. Take it to a tire shop and stop guessing.

Had the car at the dealer they did not find it.

When I got home I sprayed my kids' bubble stuff on the tire/rim. Immediately, I saw little tiny bubbles forming in one tiny spot between the bead and the rim. Hmm.....

Ok, now it hasn't leaked for a whole week.

So the leak was found by me and it between the tire and the rim and it seemed like a slow leak along a tiny point on the bead. I reinflated to 40 psi. It's been a week and it hasn't dropped at all. Before, it dropped around 1psi per day. What's going on?
