I just hit 100k(mi) and about to change the plugs, replace the valve cover gasket and walnut blast. Anything else I should order or do while i have the intake and cover off?

Check your oil cooler gasket

You might as well replace the oil filter housing and cooler/t-stat gaskets anyway while you're in there. It adds little since the intake is off anyway, and by now they're getting ready to start leaking.

Also consider new vacuum lines. They're probably getting brittle at this point.

You should replace the entire cover, it comes as a kit from with cover, gasket and all bolts. Your Pcv is gunked up at 100k and will accelerate carbon buildup, the PCv is built into the cover unfortunately. Search in the n54 section to learn more about this.

In addition, replace the PCv hose, and replace the PCv valve on your new cover with the rb PCv.

The serpentine belt and pulleys if they have not been changed yet.

You may consider differential oil and transmission fluid change.
