1 carbon fouled plug

Cobb tuned to aggressive stage 1. I changed my plugs after about 20K. Too long in there but got around to it. The #5 plug, by its self in the pic was carbon fouled. I'll go back in and check my new #5 after a couple thousand miles but any thoughts here? Was it just getting old and not firing accurately or something more serious?
Car was doing the typical hesitation upon full throttle with old plugs. Running well currently with the new plugs.

Thanks,
steve

I had the same on #6, it was the fuel injector.

Check your #5 plug after 1K miles or so if it is still doing it then suspect FI.
