Max PSI
Hey everyone I was just wondering what is the max PSI you recorded on your N55 and your mods. As of right now I'm making 16.7 PSI on just Cobb AP3 Stg 1 Aggressive with BMS Intake, ETS Charge Pipe and 93 Octane.

Im running the JB4, BMS intake, VRSF Downpipe, & 93 Octane and pushing around 14.5-15 although I think I should be making more... What are you using to measure your boost? do you have a gauge or are you reading it off of the Cobb?

21.6psi as that's the most the stock sensor can read.
That was FBO, Vargas stage 2 and e50. Map has since been adjusted. |

I first had matte black then stuck with midnight blue. The rolling shot was after KW V3s. (Yes it is Plasti-Dip)

I see 16.5 psi pretty regularly but only for a quick spike. 2011 335, Cobb AP3 aggresive map and a K&N. That's using the AP3 datalogging. Manifold temps go from 125 down to 110. My setup sounds similar. I've seen peaks at 19.5 psi but that seems like a bogus reading.

https://www.youtube.com/user/BigNVeiny/videos Map is still getting worked on, but even the map for normal petrol pulls pretty hard. Car looks great btw, blue wheels work suprisingly well. |

21.4psi in 102RON with Stg1 PureTurbo. Much colder in Germany than in the US.
Car is a E93 DCT. Map is still in development but I'm currently out of country. We will proceed in a few weeks |

I'm surprised the blue worked out well too. I thought it would look ricey but that amount of compliments I received made me stick with it.

OP do a fucking log and see what boost you are actually making, I will give you a hint: you are not actually making 16.7 psi.
This thread has been made like 2000000 times on this forum, why do people not learn how their car works before they mod it? One more hint, google "throttle closure boost spike 335i" and
