paint scratch on the lower splitter

hi all, just came back from a roadtrip and noticed there's a scratch on my lower splitter area, i can see that black color under the paint and also there's a spot where the paint seems to peel off, any idea how to fix this?
I'm sure this can't be fixed by just touching up, do i have to repaint the whole front bumper? The car is MW so will it be hard to match?..
P.S The paint on this car seems so soft ,especially on the lower front bumper area, wth BMW...

Seems like this is a common problem with that front bumper area. There's another thread of a guy that power washed his car and the paint just flew off.

Don't under rate the power of a pressure washer. I have seen some cut people to the bone, no paint will take that.

I'm not, however, a power washer to pull off paint so easily is bs imo.

Replace it with the CF splitter ? I think that's their plan, they engineered this one very well...lol
