Wireless BT USB Audio Adapter

Hi,

So I was looking at some stuff on Fry's website and ran across this.
http://www.naxa.com/wireless-receive.../nab-4003.html

It pretends to be a USB storage device with BT on the other side.
No way to control the Phone but it streams pretty well.
If you have the USB/Aux In in you center console this is pretty cool.
I bought one just to try it out.

I found that when playing from the SD I get an occasional skip, but I get that when using a BT adapter through the AUX In. When streaming XM, it plays great.

Doesn't do phone or anything like that, but when a call comes in it pauses because it's playing from my phone and resumes when I hang up.

The best part..... $10

I was under the impression that our usb drive can only read files, and not be 'streamed' to. Any one else use this or something like it?

This adapter appears to the system to be a flash drive.
I don't know how they do it, but they do. It looks like a flash drive on a PC also.
It's got a BT receiver and it will stream.

Neat! Should be pretty high quality too since it's probably not using A2DP at all.

Does the phone ring come through the speakers as well?

If you've got bluetooth handsfree in the car and your phone is paired to that too...

It's exactly like plugging in via AUX, except with no wire.

Pretty much, but the sound is better.
