Stock e90 bump to m3 bumper

Okay guys i need your help!
I got this shitty stock 2010 328i bumper, i want to switch to an m style bumper but i got no idea where to find one, my car has the head light washer and no front or rear sensors. Can you guys tell me where i can find a front m bumper and maybe also a rear bumper for my car? And what is my car LCI?

And yes i went from yellow halos to blue then got a ticket now im at white halos :/
