Oil still leaking after OFH gaskets changed

I've got a leak still from what seems to still be near my oil filter housing (OFH). I'm not sure where it could be coming from but, I'm thinking it might be from the Oil feed and Return lines. I remember tightening the bolt through the H-Clip and feeling it seem like it might have been overtightened. I'm wondering if I lost any O-rings that go between the feed and return lines and the OFH. Can anyone confirm if there are usually O-rings the go in between the feed/return lines and the OFH?? This is the best picture I could find of the location i'm talking about.
