Dinan tune legal in California?

Like the title says. I noticed on the Dinan website that the tune is legal in 49 states. That usually means its not legal in California. If its not legal in Califoria will dealerships even sell the tune?

Right now Dinan is probably working on getting CARB certification but that could take awhile and they're not in any rush doing it because the next smog check won't be till 2011 or 2013.

And yes Dinan Dealers will sell them.

Talked with SDBMW today. Dinan flash is NOT CARB certified. Dinan is "in process" but is not giving any firm timeline or commitment about whether it will be certified at some point or not. And yes, they'd sell it.
