V2 with 100 octane mix

Hey Gang, I have V2.0.2 on an otherwise stock car. I decided to drop a little 100 octane into my tank. I will guesstimate I had about five gallons of shell 91octane, before I added 8 gallons of 100 octane. First 10 miles of driving I didn't feel much of a difference. After 15 miles I could tell the car was adapting, it felt a bit smoother. It seems like it gained power in higher rpms, but lost a bit of bite in lower rpms. Well, i'll do more driving in a while and report back.

A little advice, if you're going to run racing fuel, you should get a race fuel map.

Mixing in race gas, with no other changes to the map, will improve power. But only 10-15whp up top. You won't loose power down low so I think that is perception playing games with you. If you want to take advantage of your higher octane, raise all the user TQ levels of 97-98%. You'll pick up 35-45whp. If you ran straight 100%, you could run 100% and pick up even more.

Guess I'll dial up a 100% too with straight 100 octane. What are the boost levels at 100%?

NPDAN has it cranked all the way to 100% but he runs 100oct 24/7.

edit: it was 2.01 though, here:

I ran straight 100 octane (ok maybe 99, since I still had enough 91 left in the tank to get to the 100 octane station) and I, too, felt the car adapt over time. It is basically just that much more insanely fast. I have yet to switch to the 2.02 map but will plan to this weekend, as well as crank it up to 100% with 100 octane!!!

Ok, so i did more driving and the car felt great on all levels, every gear(6M). All of my settings are at 92%. I could definitely feel the difference. I
recommend you try this once, but beware you may like it a lot and it cost 6.50 per gallon. For those of you waiting on v2, you should know that the car rocks even on 91 octane.
