 They are small package... What is inside and outside diameter of tips where they would attach?

These tips are actually universal. Anything can fit if you take it to a muffler shop. I was going get them installed at LTMW but figured that I wanted the larger 90mm version. These tips aren't the bolt on version so the fitment is more exact.

Yeh I may consider shipping at buyers expense. Are you referring to the inlet size? I'm not quite sure, let me see if I have a ruler around so I can measure the inside.

55mm is roughly the inlet size

The outer diameter is 76mm. I'm actually out of country right now and will be back to the states on the 25th, so if you have any questions you could just pm me.
