normal idle n55?

Hey, Ijust picked up a '11 335xi a week ago, after noticing long morning cranks I got it serviced at the dealer and they replaced the hpfp. Anyways since I've bought it I've noticed a rough idle, between like 550rpm and 700rpm, im wondering if this is normal? This happens with and without the AC on. Any ideas? I've gotten my air filter and oil changed as well.

Thanks for the read! (And sorry if this is in the wrong section)

No suggestions guys? Would just like to be led in the right direction so I know what to go to the dealer with. The idle is rough, but not constant, every now and again it gives a slight shake, and makes this rattle sound when I turn the car off. Also hear some ticking from the engine, is this all normal? My car has 40,000kms on it.

Thanks
