fitting a Cleansweep

Hi... i have just bought a few bits to upgrade my E90 base system... focal IFBWMC, MB Sub/Mids, Alpine Amp and a JL Clean sweep.... my question is, the Cleansweep do you have to cut the wires from the head unit to splice the Cleansweep in or is there a way im missing? are there pics of his as i have looked and cant find any? oh and also removing the HU... Easy or not?

thanks

you should never have to cut anything.

Did you get a harness to go from the HU to the boot? eg Gladen or a Technic
A harness should get you your signals to the boot that the cleansweep can then process. What Alpine amp? What inputs does it have?

Have you looked in the Audio section of the site? there are lots of install DIY write ups in there that should get you moving.
