N54 is it a turbo surge?

Got tial bov installed with cp-e charge pipe and the bov doesn't look like its operating, can't see the valve movement... Not sure what spring it came with in the BOV tho

Link doesn't work but you need the correct spring otherwise it won't release at the right pressure differential
