jb4 n55 codes need help to remove bmw x1 335 135

hi all i got everthing installed on bmw 2014 x1 35i n55 m sport, er charge pipe, ar down pipe, er inter cooler, jb4 tune and flex fuel wires, burger cold air intake. one stage colder spark plugs. when we went to start x1 we got codes. 2 codes and a check engine light in dash. trying to fix today. hard talking though emails. if you installed jb4 n55 when you started up your x1 or 335 or 135 after install of jb4 and flex fuel did you get any codes?
also did you have to update any soft wear for the jb4 n55 or for the flex fuel?
also did you do any data logging yet?
lastly i remember some one saying dont hook up the mass air sensor? why? i emailed jon at burger and he said hook it.
please any advice would help.

What codes are you throwing? Download the Jb4 interface and plug your laptop in and make sure all the settings are correct. Is you're board ISO? Do you have the latest hex file installed?

Make sure you are running the correct mapping. The E-series and F-series uses different mapping.
