335d intercooler on a 320d lci

Afternoon all, I'm getting my 320d lci 184 bhp remapped soon and was looking to add a BMWP intercooler to go with the straight through custom 335d exhaust I already have in place. I've spotted a 335d intercooler going cheap, will this bolt straight on with no faffing around, cheers in advance

I honestly don't think anyone would have done it

Are you sure yours is a 184, thought 2010 was 177

Do remap well though!

LCi N47 engine is 184 bhp. I'll be getting the remap done at p-torque soon, hopefully with a larger intercooler and straight through mandrel bent exhaust, i might get a few more bhp safely

The BMWP intercooler is 40% larger and they use it on there performance pack. i would think that the the 335d intercooler would be a similar if not bigger

If you could get one cheap enough, im pretty sure it would be helping even if not it cant be doing it any worse than the oem one on there

I was searching high and low for the exact specifications for the BMWP intercooler as well as the 335d intercooler. Non of the parts catalogue actually showed the dimensions but after checking with friends who work at BMW, they also can't find the dimensions.

What he did tell me was that the weight for the BMWP IC and 335d IC were around in the range of 3+kg.

Decided to go for an aftermarket one which is larger and weighs around 5kg
