First impression M235i

Finally got my M235i with following specs

2014 Melbourne Red / Black sensatec
Manual trans
Cold Weather
Auto high beams
HK

This is simply a great machine to drive. Coming from 2011 128 Convertible, here is my first impression. (128i had premium pkg, cold weather and Nav, Manual Trans)

Awesomeness

Silky smooth transmission
Uniform power delivery
Effortless pickup
Able to adjust drive modes
Way better interior style.
Beautiful front exterior
Nice sports seats
Precise steering
Forgiving suspension with good road feel.

Not so awesome

Since I didn't get the premium pkg or tech package I had issues with the way the car came

The interior lights looks so basic
Lack of garage door opener
Lack of rear arm rests and cup holders
No roof hand holders at the rear or front
Rear passenger comfort was too bad even though they have enough room
The rear design, I am still shy of taking rear pictures or park my car so that the rear was seen.
iPhone 5 with USB streaming not working
I drive position and function it offers. I would be better off without it.
Bad HK quality compared to 128i

Not needed standard options

Moonroof
Power seats
Auto

The above 3k plus valued options would have been removed and they would have provided all the little improved interiors.

Conclusion
This is an awesome car to drive, but with little improvements in the interior and options it would have been a great package. I am eagerly waiting to open up over 4k rpm. So far 350 miles on it.

Posting from iPhone. Pardon they way the post is structured.

Oh by the way. Even though the 128i was with less power, I enjoyed the way it accelerated with increasing revs. NA engine is simply amazing and it was more cheerful!!
