Open the hood, weather rubber, 6 screws and I am able to unclip those tab on the OEM grille. No slants being cut.

Shot the pics with iphone and it says to large to upload. Need to crop it using mac.

Just wanted to say thanks for the tip...managed to get my grilles installed this morning using this method. Not easy with big hands, but doable!
