[mp-E46]

I am looking at a E90 2011 328i fully loaded with 32k mikes listed for 26800 at a local dealer. What is fair price?

Test drove the car and felt vibrations at all speed. It almost sounds like the car had been siting for a while. The tires may have a flat spot. Their Service dept will take a look at it.
Also under the hood noticed some usual black dirt like along the front of the hood from underneath where the release latch is from the inside and also near the passenger tire area in the engine compartment. Wondering if you would get it dirty at 30k miles. rest of the engine looked clean.
I am attaching the carfax. Seems to be ok except the wheel repair??
