Euro delivery for E92 M3

Would a Euro Delivery M3 come out of the dealers allocation? I'm planning a Euro Delivery as the price is even lower than the military price (for the 335 anyway). I'm over in Germany 3-4 times per year also so it also works out even better in my current situation. The reason I am asking is my local dealer said they are only getting 2 or 3 of the 2008's and they have 6 people with pre-orders.

No! If they tell you it does that's not true so try another dealer.

Keep in mind that Euro delivery for the M3 (and I think all the M cars) doesn't include the discount. You'll still get the tour and such, though.

Search for Irv Robinson on either here or 1addicts.com - he's a euro delivery expert and has a web page dedicated to it.

Last I heard, ///M cars came out of dealer allocation for ED... Anyone else able to verify they don't?

You are correct (ie, M cars come out of the dealer's allocation, unlike other ED non-M cars)
Irv Robinson irobinson@motorwerks.com at Motor Werks in ChicagoLand was mentioned in an earlier post. He will do an ED M purchase, while many other CAs won't for some reason
And yes for the new M3, for example, it is US MSRP; no ED discounts. Just a chance to drive the car on the Autobahn

My understanding is that MIL Euro delivery means you get the normal MIL discount and instead of the normal 2150 delivery fee you pay around 600 which equates to another 1500 discount or so for MIL / Euro delivery combo. This is what I understood from my rep. Anyone have any facts or reference to something different?
