Lci to pre-lci rear?
Call me crazy, but I actually prefer the look of the pre lci e90 rear end over the lci rear end, but only with Blacklines. So, I know lots of you have done the pre lci to lci retrofit, but has anyone gone backwards?

Someone that has gone from an LCI to PreLCI tail are indeed REAR birds (no pun intended).
But you ARE looking on the right site. Good luck. |

if you have pre-lci now, why on earth upgrade to an lci car and then spend 2-3 grand more modifying it to look older?
The sedan would require a pre-lci trunk + paint + lights A coupe or convertible would just be a light swap but still, yes you are crazy |

Wouldn't it be easier to get an lci front for your current car? Probably easier then the wiring you would need to do in the rear.

You would definitely have one of the more unique BMWs around. I bet you'd have tons of people offer trades for the rear, maybe to the point of not having to fool with paint.
