328i (e92) watery leak under car?

Hey guys,

I noticed that my car started leaking some sort of watery substance from under the car. I touched it and smelled the substance, and it's definitely not oil.

The area under the car, is about between the drive and passenger seat directly under the car.

Does anyone have any idea what it might be, and what I could be looking at in terms of repair costs?

Thanks everyone

Have you been using your A/C lately? If so, it could be the water being drained from your A/C system's evaporator housing.
Check your coolant level to be safe though.

That's just sweat from all that horsepower.

Are you running your AC? Good chance that is just condensation from the AC?
