N54 UR vs VRSF DPS

All the rage these days are the VRSF DP's and nothing but good things have been said... But I have not heard much about Ultimate Racing DP's...

Only reason I ask this is because someone has some used UR DPs for sale for my XI which is hard to find... at a pretty appealing price. But for a little more I can just get the VRSF new which has been my plan for a while.

Any thoughts? Pipes are pipes, assuming they fit... right?

good point on the 3"... I will have to find out. but yeah, that was my thinking too. I am more afraid of poor sound quality than much else I suppose.
