Bought a 135i off a guy used.
He said he paid for bluetooth install back in 2011 but never had time to go get it installed

Called bmw and they told me it's been too long and we can't honor it?

if he can prove he paid for the whole lot ask the original guy to get his money back, he paid for something they didn't provide.... time ought to be irrelevant

won't help you, as he will keep the money, the guy must be a right idiot to have spent all that money and never sorted it, which make me think he didn't pay the whole lot, as its over 2000 dollars


only thing I think you can do is provide clear evidence of paying for the bt for that car (invoices, order details etc.) and hassle BMW a lot, read up on local consumer law and fight regardless
