Highlight trim questions

Has anyone replaced their highlight trim in the car or maybe painted or wrapped it? Where can you buy new trim? Is it possible to do it yourself with limited tools? Any info would be appreciated.

Highlight trim is fused to the wood/aluminum trim and is not sold separately. I haven't found individual part numbers for the highlight trims. You can separate them (by literally breaking them apart) and glue them back together.
