Hello everyone, I'm trying to figure out why it is that my drivers seat is crooked, off the railing i suppose and will not move forward. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I have already checked the fuses
I have already checked the railings to make sure there was nothing stuck in there, though I may think something that was stuck in there might be the cause of this

In which case how would I go about getting the seat back in an even position so that it can be moved back.

The car is also out of warranty due to modifications so that is not an option and it is not currently drive-able as the side bolstering is hugging the steering wheel.
