PIA No Longer Allowed for Euro Deliveries

I was just informed by my CA that BMW NA is no longer allowing Port Installed Accessories on Euro Delivery Vehicles

I am not sure if it's just a temporary thing or what but that's what I am being told. Can anyone else who has yet to do an ED confirm?

Been an issue since late last year, so it doesn't seem to be temporary or going away anytime soon. Sorry.
