I'm starting to think i wasn't his seatbelt that did it. Was probably the pillar or something else the exploded when the car impacted that severed his body like that or perhaps the seatbelt held him down while the roof caught the upper part of his body and ripped the torso from the lower part of his body?! I dunno, the steering wheel probably held down the other half of his body... just a morbid guess...

No. He was ejected so fast he didn't have time to bleed in the car. I'm not sure what the splatter on the back seats is, but it could be blood or bowel contents or some of each.

Horrific. These things do happen- just goes to show you that a stupid mistake can cost you your life. A horrible way to die- I assume and hope that it was instant.

Like someone else said, I don't even want to look at the pictures by reading some of the replies. R.I.P and best wishes to the family and friends of the guy.

By the way, anyone saying stupid F***KING comments regarding how bad they feel about the car, just think about something like this happening to someone close to you. F***KING IDIOTS. The car is just a piece of metal like any other (toaster, refrigerator, etc) and can be replaced. There is no replacement for human life.

Stuff like this makes you take note of how you may drive at times.

EDIT: One picture was enough for me to see.

It's always surprising to see how a tree can reduce a pristine driving machine made of steel and aluminum to just a twisted hunk of metal.

dude, who's talking about being squeamish. The natural human responses to seeing images that grotesque are sadness, disgust, and sympathy.

Don't be a dick...

don't be a d*ck...

while those pictures are horrific, they are examples of what inexperienced men and women should be required to view before being handed the keys...

Speed can be safe under the correct circumstances, but that is why inexperienced drivers need a dose of reality before they become this type of reality.....

R.I.P and may God Bless their souls.....
