Picked up my new M40i the other day

Looks great, got mine yesterday!

Is yours a 2019 or a 2020 (with iDrive 7)? Mine is the latter but it seems like these new ones, while with the cool new instrument cluster, are noticeably quieter than the previous. Not many gurgles or pops.

Am thinking of a Stage 1 to get that sound where I think it should be.

It’s a 2020. I’m not really too fussed about the pops and gurgles, to be honest, certainly not enough to muck about with the warranty by changing it.

From what I’ve read, I didn’t think doing Stage 1 would improve the sound anyway, as the petrol particulate filter would still be there... not entirely sure if that is the case, though.

ordered the 1st model year X3M40i.
Just turned 38,000 miles on original Bridgestone Dueller runflats just now worn down to warning bars and noisy.

Great vehicle, fun to drive.
New tires next week....non runflats for sure

It's beautiful. Mines a 2020 as well but my seats have a different stitch pattern. What kind of seats are those?

Lovely combo. Looks like individual ivory white merino leather ( 1k upgrade ) and the glove box should be black plastic like the rest

If you have non individual leather in oyster I think the glovebox matches the seat colour

Love the ivory white, I have it on my x3m
