Non-Sport Steering to Sport Steering Swap Buttons
I have a non-sport steering wheel on my car. I bought the sport steering with trim and air bag. Would my existing buttons work? or I need to get new buttons that would work on sport steering?

The non sport won't work. You will need ones made for the sport steering wheel. If you are doing paddle shifters, you will need MF buttons made for paddles also. They have 6 wires not just 4 for the standard MF buttons.
you can buy the MF buttons for paddles at motivemods.com for about $100... HTH

Few Questions:
1. As for now, can I run with no MF Buttons and no paddle shifters? 2. So If I want to do without paddle shifters, all I need it $100 buttons? no harness necessary? |

I think you need the buttons....regardless of the paddles...
Question #2...now that I think about it, I think you can do that,, then just add the paddles and wiring harness when you can.

I just did this myself. You need sport steering wheel (make sure it comes with the sport airbag harness), sport airbag, sport steering wheel trim AND sport multifunction buttons. All of these components are different than what is on your non-sport steering wheel.
