535 loaner car...
wow. let's just say i didn't expect to be so impressed.5K on the clock. interface is great. handling phenom. power delivery incredibly balanced and smooth. quick as can be. definitely a different sort of car than the 335. that said, if i had one of these too, i would be very torn on which car to take on long drives. i'm betting the 5 series would be my go to car for anything over 3 hours. it's just like butter.
this makes me want to work a little harder at the office today. I need a 5 car garage and at least a 535 (maybe an m5? i hear the 550 aint worth it - nominally better than the 535 in 0-60 and otherwise dead-even aside from fuel economy). *sigh* back to work. |

That is an impressive "loaner".
As explained from my sales guy when I got my 335, the 3-series is more "sporty" with a better feel of the road. As you start moving up in the models, you start becoming more and more disconnected from the road, and that gets replaced with more comfort. I haven't had the chance to check out the new 5-series though, they do look sweet though! |
