Finally got a positive update today! Supposedly my car left the factory and was at the port as of today. My SA said he found out there was shortage of a part from an outside supplier??? but wasn't told what part.
I'm hoping my car jumped on TORRENS that left the port late today, whats the delay on tracking your car online? also did people find that your SA & BMWUSA being delayed with information once the car was transferred to the port? |

Hallelujah I was told today my M4 is on the Torrens bound for NY on 7/23! To everyone waiting I call the 800 everyday once in the morning at 9am and once before 5pm for updates. There must be a delay of a few days because as of yesterday at 5pm it was not assigned to a vessel and waiting at the port. Those Germans must be celebrating the blowout of Brasil so loading cars as quickly as possible before the final game!!

Week 25 to week 29 has the most cars built according to the 1st batch allocation survey. There should be a lot of cars getting shipped now. Keep the good news coming.
Tony, I am glad to see you again!

My ship is somewhere in the middle of the atlantic. Does anyone know if these ships occasionally come in a day or two early, or do they almost always arrive on time on the initial estimated day (assuming bad weather isn't delaying it)?

My ship has come in...
My E92 made it to the dealer within 3 days of docking - hope this one does the same!

Earliest it could arrive would be Saturday. With prep time I'm hoping for Monday or Tuesday pickup, but things can stretch out, as we all know!

Goodbye E92
It's been a good 6.3 years, but my '08 coupe just drove off with a friend. Not shedding tears, as my F82 will be here next week!
