Widget app erros

My 2020 118i has two software problems:

No registry of any trips on the MyBMW app
Music widget not working (doesn't show any info on the track or radio station being played, neither do the steering wheel buttons used for this app work (audio source and the wheel above that)

Any suggestion on how to solve this?

(sorry for the confusing explanation, hope you can understand it)

Is it not because the connected drive subscription has expired when 3 years old?
Mine has lost the weather app, caring car, Spotify etc but I just use android auto which is better than the bmw idrive anyway.
