Car shakes after being returned from service

So after a month of waiting to get my car back from service... She's back. Now when I drive over 80, the steering wheel, basically the whole car shakes.. This have anything to do with the work they've done? I have spacers on but they've never given me problems so I don't think it's them

Edit: says on the paper that they performed a 4 wheel alignment

If it's only shaking above 80, I'd definitely check tire balancing first. OEM wheels still? Take your spacers off and try it without; that eliminates a possibility.. Are your spacers hub centric?

Most likely your tires are off balance. Get them balanced and the shaking should go away.

It's your spacers. They were probably torqued while wheels were touching the ground. Lift the car up and retorque when wheels are in air and not touching ground.
