Hey Orb!
I am getting this done in the next month and was wondering: 1) How does it perform at launch if you floor it? Do the tires spin from too much hp? My turbo tuner was almost redundent power wise from launch since the wheels didnt know how to handle all the extra power. 2) Did they do the upgrade at your BMW dealer or did it have to go to Dinan and therefore make your car undrivable for a few days while the ECU was being coded? Thanks for the info!

should be interesting to see how the auto tranny holds up in the long run with 570 Nm (421 lb-ft) of torque when the tranny is rated at 450 Nm. hopefully the tranny can hold much more power than 450 Nm, but we all know how vulnerable the E46 330i auto tranny was. it was rated at 300 Nm, and running more than 400 Nm could lead to trouble.
