SOS

I was travling down the highway with my 08 E90 when every service light came on. Then they went off and the SOS light came on. That light went off and the radio went off then the SOS light came back on with a circle and a knife through it. The car ran fine but I was concern because I have just left to go on vacation. I pulled over into a gas station turn the engine off and restarted it and everything was fine again. Pressed the BC button and the check control said everything was fine. Any suggestion?

just hope for the best, most likely just a one time thing so dont worry too much about it
