Wow, impressive engine. I'm a little disappointed with the exterior styling though, it looks just like a c-class with a sport package. No flared fenders :/

Interior on the other hand is money! Definitely makes the m3 interior seem outdated.

Whatever happened to the rear fenders from the most recent spy video? Being a C63 owner from day one this is a major let down design wise. The W204 design is much better.

It has an entirely different front (A-wing front splitter, unique grille, twin power domes/ridges on hood, etc.) and rear fascia (quad exhaust, etc.).

Nonsense, round HVAC vents make it look like a roadster interior. It kind of looks tacky on these pics. Seats and leather works look superb though.

What makes you think this? The W204 lapped the 'ring 4 seconds faster than the E9X and 4 seconds on the 'ring is a lot.

With the LCI W204, AMG really started focusing on overall dynamics.

Even the 507 Edition C63 is ripping off 3.8-second 0-60 sprints and 12.2 1/4 miles (similar to the F8X). The W205 is certainly not going to go backward on those numbers.

The S model is packing quite a bit of power. 6-piston calipers up front again too. That is some serious clamping power.

The new F8X is an outstanding performer but I truly believe the W205 is going to be as well. It's nice to have options.

Everyone has there opinions, but that interior is ugly. Maybe if I was 50 I would like it... probably not.

The last gen exterior was like a hot girl with no ass (no rear fenders)

New gen is Ugly girl with no ass.

I'm a little disappointed the rear fender flares aren't present like what was seen in the spy video.

I'm sure we'll see those flares at some point.

Yes, I agree, there are some areas that could be stronger. However, that interior is absolutely in another league.

This car is going to look killer in person.

Wonder what the W205 will do with a tune?

Im guessing easily another 50-60 HP and the same amount of tq increase.

Despite the weight difference, the C63 will have over 100 HP and TQ more then the M3 out the box. IF MB continues down the path of what they did with the C63 507 the stigma of wallowy handling MB's should be seriously questioned.

Lets see what our buddy Chris Harris has to say about it. I do know he along with many auto journalists quite clearly stated the W204 was the best production sport sedan in the world. Big jabs at M division, AMG has been riding a winning wave for a few years now.

Lets see!

Good points! Just to clear up a point, all LCI/facelift W204 C63s have the same suspension (which was completely redesigned in 2012).

For example, my car has the same suspension as the 507 Edition. The primary difference between non-507 cars and 507 cars is an engine tune (507 Editions cars get 507 horsepower thanks to the tune and some forged internals borrowed from the SLS).

The 507 also gets composite rotors.

There are no other mechanical differences.

I agree! Some areas I love and some are meh.

But I did see/ sit in the new C3(4)00 this weekend and it looks great in the flesh; especially in black.

The interior with the sports seats looks incredible

I can't wait to see this in the flesh. The new interior is the best across the board. I still prefer the W204 exterior, but the AMG touches in the W205 make it better than the standard c-class.

Jalopnik pointed out earlier today that AMG told them in person that there would be an "interesting change" introduced tomorrow.. I'm HOPING it's the addition of rear fender flares to all production cars; I doubt it would be to announce AWD.
