Those grills seem way too big on the car.
Maybe I'll get used to them with time. |

A few gripes about the interior...
Center console buttons look cheap and too many of them concentrated in one spot Not sure about the console mounted engine start/stop button No Sync button for the HVAC controls No CD Player slot (I can still play CDs in my G30) Standard steering wheel looks too big Not feeling the interior door handles Appreciate the cleaner and minimalistic dash/interior and Hope materials are superior to the F30. On the fence about the digital dash and iDrive 7.0

They really went to town with this.
I know it is subjective, but I love how both front and rear bumpers are agressive enough so that M sport version is no longer the only way to go. I think I saw these wheels in German configurator as one of the M sport wheel option, so it seems one can now cross shop options a bit even between trims |

Well, it is aimed at Chinese market in large part, as design suggests. Language direction certainly is less Teutonic and more Asian. At least to my eye. Very Very similar to what Mercedes started doing with their designs recently. Only Audi to me now looks German in the traditional stereotypical sense of the word.

usually the 3 series is just a little below the 5 series range but this new set up looks pretty legit from the pictures so we will have to wait and see how it looks and feels in person

The configurator only shows one gray, mineral gray, maybe they changed the shade, but it is the same name of the F30's gray, which in my opinion looks better than the G30 and G01's graphite gray

I'm just wondering how this will work in the cold winter temperature when ice will block the opening of the grill...

Freezing cold temps also will this part fail and how much will it cost to replace out of warranty. Will cars overheat because part failed to open properly? |

Never cared for the front end either. The interior was cheap and outdated. Shall I go on?

Nothing to do with being a cheaper product, it was a 'classy' option in the E9x models. Many users didn't want "all light" interiors. |
