Aside, they're offering test drives up here in Brisbane on 13/14 October...either 325 or 335...I'm going with the 335. Not sure what the situation is down in Sydney - am sure it'll be around that time or earlier.

have seen a 335i and 325i now advertised on carsales.com.au (no pics yet though)

Available from the launch weekend - 14 Oct.... i have no inside contacts... the dealer had 3 coming this week... one was available to look at (their demo car, still had the plastic on) and sit in etc but couldnt test drive outside... Hi mate, no real negotiation as you would expect... they will be available to test drive in sydney on the same dates as Brisbane... we were able to get the feel for the car at the dealership but wasnt permitted to test drive outside... but you dont need to test drive this car... just read the reviews, sit in it and start her up and listen to her roar!

good luck next week with the test drive and go for the 335...

Congrats aussie335, enjoy your car! My dealer will have ther 335 coupes available to drive on the tenth of this month. After i see the car for myself i will order blk saph with saddle brown interior with dark wood trim. Similar colours to yours but saddle brown is darker leather then the beige. Im in love with this colour. Anyway dont forget to post some pics of your fine ride.

Thanks Chris, i will enjoy but the wait is killing me! anyways, the saddle brown looks awesome as well and i was leaning towards the brown and not the biege... but when i saw the biege in person, it was darker than i thought... and instead of waiting months for the car to arrive order it, we decided to buy it with the biege which i like as well.

good luck with the test drive.. i can assure you that when you see the car in person you'll fall for it straight away... i took me 2 hours to decide that i was going to buy it . I'll post the pics next week...

Hi Chris.. i'm buying from Canterbury BMW... i have found them very helpful and would recommend them to you... nothing was too much trouble and I visited them a lot of times after i had put my order in and they were very helpful unlike some other dealerships i went to...

i'll keep you guys posted with pics when i pickup the 335 up

Placed order and paid deposit for 335i coupe on 3/8/06. Been told car arrives in Oz 13/11 and delivery 2 to 3 weeks later. I hope i am not getting strung along.
