I emailed UK customer services last week and was told:

"Whilst we are unable to advise on launch dates or pricing for the BMW 3 Series Coupe, we can advise that this model will follow the typical BMW pattern of a seven-year lifecycle. As such we expect to see a replacement of the Coupe during Autumn 2006."

... and to basically register my interest with my local dealer. hmmmm.

So that looks to be about June/July for the UK but he also did say "obviously, you may see pictures in the press of what it will look like to help you make a decision"

whoa...that's pretty sweet!! With some nicer rims, and perhaps a darker color it's gonna look smoking! I think that's the most revealing pic we've seen so far. Thanks for the pic.

yea, the back looks hot in that pic, but I still like the E90 taillights better. They both have the fiber-optic strips in the taillights though, which is kinda cool (family resemblance there). The side of the car seems kinda elongated though.

The back end looks very similar to Toyota Paseo's.

I'm starting to think the e92 is just an imaginary friend of the e90.

The rear lights look fishy to me. They seem as if they didn't belong there, on that car.

They might as well have been drawn on with a crayon.

Something is seriously wrong with this photo of E92 rear end, if you look close you will see that on left stop light line that separate trunk is blur. It looks like there is still tape or like is photoshoped.

Clik on pics, to see in full size.

One question for all, what upload sight do you use when all of your pictures are in full size.

Yeah, this has already been noted as entirely wrong.
