The car driver needs to go on a defensive driving course as playing chicken with a 40 tonne lorry on a public road is tantamount to dangerous driving in my eyes.

The lorry driver shouldn't have taken the bait and he's not much better TBH.

Scary that someone like the car driver could be accepted as a special constable, his lack of intelligence is worrisome.
