1 month for broken glass - 3 days for dct update and counting

so they had my car for 1 month when it was broken into, all they had to do was replace and tint glass, replace ripped seat replace scratched inner door panel and replace center console.... 1 month.

still no new door panel.

pick up my car in the meantime the techs left broken glass on the pass seat!! on the floor!! and INSIDE my door where when you brake it rattles like marbles!!

so i bring it back to have the glass removed and he tells me that the car needs a software update - 3 friggin days later I get a call, they didnt even start to remove the broken glass because everytime they hook u the computer it starts and half way through it crashes and they have to re start all over again!!!

so unprofessional i got treated better when I leased my nissan maxima I swear

Find a new dealership that isn't too far maybe?

park it outside. go drift in ur dct. don't wash it. and return it like a loaner right beck? haha

the hell with all these dealers. do what i did. raise hell in front of everyone, ruin their business for the day and take your car to another dealership

plus I think THEY put nails in my tires I think 3 of them and he goes "i find it interesting that nails are in 3 tires an adjuster is coming monday" wtf does that even mean? i picked the car up with small nails in the tire from them! wow

Why put nails in new tirea, at least wait till you have 10k miles on the car! Haha
