I used to mount my iPhone 5s 4 inch phone using airframe on my old e90 without idrive. Now i have a 6s plus 5.5 inch. And i have an idrive with virtually every options for a f3X. It seem big and blocking idrive screen. How do u mount ur big phone in car?

I am currently using a similar magnetic solution. The problem is it blocking some of the iDrive screen

Assume by "every option" you have nav so why mount it if you have no need to see the phone screen? There are no options that really look good or don't interfere with something in the car. I have a 6s and if I even take it out of my pocket I stick it in the cup holder but not sure if the plus will fit. If you must mount it the cleanest option I have seen are mounts that sit in the cup holder and hold the phone.

Well,
First,waze is come in handy..
Second, by virtually everything, i mean everything except extended bt...I can't see sms on iDrive
Third, 6s plus does not fit...too big

I can bring up an text message on my idrive screen and even have it read it to me. Can't reply to it though.
6 plus is big but those with presbyopia sure need one....
