Can someone help identify this BMW barn find?

Barvaria everyday of the week, Leave it to mother earth. You would spend FAR too much money in trying to fix it. Just look at going rates of running cars on Hemmings

That’s a classic BMW 3.0S sedan, produced 69-77.

It shares the very recognizable perforated front panel clip found on its more popular sibling, the 3.0 S/CS/CSL coupe.

It looks like it's exactly a classic BMW 3.0S sedan.
