Brake Rotor Help!

Calling brake experts!!!

I was experiencing rotor pulsation at 15,000km. Dealer changed the front rotors last week … why are the hubs completely rusted after 6 days of usage?

I've attached two pics (one of the front rotor, and the rear rotor) - rear has 15k of wear (hardly and rust).

The front rotors do not have a BMW stamp on the hub, the rears do. Million $ question, did they replace the front rotors with aftermarket ones???

Rotors always rust fast. Probably cleaned them with anti brake dust. Clean them again en then without drying the car drivr it and brake.
