BMW Accessories availability?

Any idea when we'll start to see OEM accessories pop up for order?

Cargo mat, ipad holder, etc?

I don't see much on the BMW USA site still.

If nothing else, this new seatback attachment system, I think the G05 is the first to get it. That big plastic airline seatback isn't any good if BMW doesn't release the attachment system.

Black grill is a must-have. I told my CA that I never wanted to see my BMW with a chrome grill. He assured me that it would be changed out at the port for my week 43 build. (Now awaiting a carrier at the factory.)

Are you getting the whole thing black or just the slats with chrome surround?

Does your CA operate a body shop or know someone at the port that can paint it properly? sadly, the black part is non-existent at this point from BMW so I’m just trying to figure out if he’s telling you the truth or if he’s just got some magic going on.

I think the current accessories will fit the new travel hole in the seat back (if you got the option). I don't think the hanger etc are new. But I might be mistaken.

I got it for the USB ports as I don't need any of the attahements.

I believe you are correct. I have to coat hanger now and it attaches to a crossbar on the headreast posts (separate item). Looks to be identical. Also, MB offer the identical system.
