Reset NBT back to factory settings?

My car is going tomorrow, and I want to delete everything from the NBT nav. All the recent destinations, any messages etc etc.

Is there a quick way to do a master reset on it?

Also I guess the car will still be synced with my BMW account, does this matter?

You can wipe everything I am sure.
What are you replacing it with?

An Audi RS4, only had the BMW 10 months, couldn't live with the diesel engine. But let's not start that debate again.
