May I ask how to reduce the oil and coolant temperatures?

May I ask how to reduce the oil and coolant temperatures? My car now has an oil and coolant temperature of up to 110 degrees Celsius. My car is a 2019 F30 and uses a B48 engine (not a B48TU engine)

110C/230F is normal. The car runs that hot on the highway for maximum efficiency. It will run cooler in town to minimize the potential for pre-ignition when accelerating.

Thank you! But I feel that higher temperatures can lead to knock and ignition timing

Thank you! But I feel that higher temperatures can lead to knock and ignition timing being pulled.

Read my post again. The car adjusts the temperature as required.

The 4th cylinder experiences ignition timing being pulled, but the other three cylinders have good ignition timing

My car has been flash with BM3 program.
