they probably have cans of spray paint matching the body colour to paint over the tape, maybe?

Saw a white coupe at the Munich delivery center and it looked like they use a spray paint on the tape because the color match is perfect.
(it drove by us in the parking lot and the camera wasn't handy)

Probably wasn't a 335 version of the e92. Hence not a turbo.

I'm back...it was a quick trip. I got another E90 last June and I noticed that the Feb lease rate/resid. was so good I sold my car and got another one....projected savings to me over the next 24 months is over $4,000. (includes free 2nd month payment) Not a HUGE savings but worth a vacation in Germany no doubt. (and I put off buying $1,200 worth of tires for another year)

I do zero down leases and with the ED savings I was able to sell my E90 for the balance owed....so, not taking any big hit$ to flip my cars this often.

I have a feeling these cars aren't left unattended that often.....but I'd hate to be caught vandalizing a car in a foreign country.

I'm not totally sure what he meant either but I think between the two of us we've covered it.
