I would actually be surprised if the M wasn't an exception. Pretty much any of the oil change coupons I get have the small print disclaimer about "certain cars" or "performance cars", etc. "may be more" or "may be excluded".
You'll find it's not just the dealership that doesn't want to offer/honor coupons for a standard oil change for these models because they often have more expensive oil/filters-and typically far more oil capacity than the standard econobox. |

Let me guess, you think if you run anything other than 10-60, the engine will fall to pieces? Go read an oil thread. It is only "safer" to run the oem oil if it can be proven, and there is no guarantee that his engine will fail before yours with those oil habits. In fact, it's anyone's guess with the s65.
